For the past six months, Oak Lawn resident and businessman Mark Decker has repeatedly tried to convince Oak Lawn Library board members to remove Playboy from their subscription lists.

Mr. Decker has testified before these board members a number of times, pointing out the senselessness of having pornography available in a public place where women and children often congregate.
