IFI E-Alert: Listen to the U.S. Senate Candidates Online!
Last week, IFI and a number of local pastors held a U.S. Senatorial Candidate Forum in Bolingbrook that proved to be very helpful in getting a better understanding of the policy positions of the candidates who attended.
Candidates from both the Republican and Democratic parties were invited to this forum. While the incumbent U.S. Senator Dick Durbin -- who is running unopposed in the primary -- declined our invitation, Republican candidates Mike Psak, Andy Martin, and Dr. Steve Sauerberg participated.
Many IFI subscribers were not able to attend this event, so, in the interest of providing you with relevant and timely information about this important election, we are making the audio recording of the forum (broken down by question and answer) available to you.
If you plan on pulling a Republican ballot for the February 5th Primary, please take the time to review the questions below, and listen to the candidate's responses.
I sincerely hope that this will help you make an educated and informed decision about this particular race on the February 5th ballot.
